Human Resources Information System Specialist (HRIS Specialist)

Job Purpose

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing, operating, and continuously improving the Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate employee data, efficient HR processes, and reliable reporting. The role plays a critical part in transforming HR data into actionable insights that support strategic management decisions.

You will ensure the smooth operation of HR systems while maintaining data integrity across all HR functions including hiring, promotions, payroll, attendance, and performance management. The role also focuses on optimizing workflows and enhancing system integration with other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Maintain and update employee records (hiring, salary, promotions, leave)

  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system issues
