HSE Administrator
Responsibilities:
Perform HSE Administration activities including:
Compilation and submission of accurate monthly HSE statistics
Development of monthly HSE Reports
Preparation of HSE dashboards and associated presentations
Preparation and coordination of Incident Review meeting materials and generation of associated meeting minutes and analysis of HSE performance and trends as requested
Ensure a process for the maintenance of HSE records / documentation of incidents / injuries for the location
Assist in the development and delivery of inductions as required
Monitor the injury management process and ensure established relationships with preferred medical providers
Support the Operations HSE Manager and Operations HSE team and assist to drive HSE Improvement Plan activities
SP3D Admin
Qualifications And Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Piping, etc.), Computer Science, or a related technical field
Proven relevant experience as a Smart 3D Administrator or similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
In-depth knowledge of Smart 3D software architecture, database structure, and administration functionalities, specifically as applied to oil and gas projects
Strong understanding of oil and gas plant design principles, piping specifications (e.g., ASME, API), and relevant industry standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in an oil and gas project context
Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills, capable of effectively interacting with multidisciplinary teams in the oil and gas sector
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within the demanding environment of oil and gas projects
HSE Field Supervisor – RAK
Qualifications And Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification) is mandatory
HSE experience in the construction sector within the oil and gas industry
Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices
Demonstrated experience in PTW systems, hazard identification, and risk management
Effective leadership, communication, and reporting skills
Must be willing to work on a rotational/site-based schedule in remote locations
Principal Process Engineer (Offshore)
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training & Experience:
A recognized and relevant engineering degree
Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its clients
Excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields
Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications
Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and process engineering specific software
Extensive technical and practical experience in process engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams
Rigging / Lifting Inspector
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements for all heavy lift and rigging activities
Review engineering drawings to determine load weights, lift points, and equipment requirements
Evaluate and select appropriate cranes, lifting gear, and rigging equipment based on project needs
Oversee on-site heavy lifting operations to ensure safe and efficient execution
Conduct inspections of rigging equipment and ensure certification and maintenance records are up to date
Provide technical guidance to construction teams and subcontractors on rigging and lifting best practices
Coordinate with HSE teams to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Monitor lifting activities to identify hazards and implement corrective actions when required
Support incident investigations related to lifting or rigging operations
