Job Details
As a Courier (PUD), you will be responsible for the safe pickup and delivery of shipments across your assigned territory. You must ensure that all shipments are physically checked before collection, confirming that the required documentation is available and that shipments are in proper condition for transit.
You will also be required to prepare daily debrief reports, complete all shipment paperwork, and maintain company standards related to personal appearance and vehicle cleanliness. This role demands high attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain consistent performance in line with operational KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Pickup and deliver shipments safely within the required time frame.
- Inspect shipments physically before collection to ensure documentation and condition.
- Prepare end-of-day debrief reports and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Maintain professional appearance and ensure vehicle cleanliness at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
- Ensure the security of shipments, collected cash, and company vehicle.
- Use safety measures such as padlocks to secure shipments and company assets.
- Deliver monthly invoices on time and support billing communication.
- Assist in resolving customer queries related to billing and services.
- Promote insurance services for outbound shipments.
- Achieve KPIs including SPORH/SPR targets and other operational metrics.
