Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of digital products to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate between technical teams, project managers, and operations to align goals and timelines.
- Maintain and update product documentation (features, roadmap, KPIs, user requirements).
- Monitor product performance, track issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze user feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with digital policies, security, and quality standards.
- Apply digital maturity models and report on product progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent majors.
- 5 to 7 years of Product Management/Development experience or related.
- Advanced knowledge of Product Management.
- Should have strong interpersonal, presentation, and research techniques.
Work Conditions
- Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Office-based work at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh.

- Operate and monitor information security systems.
- Investigate suspected data security incidents and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- Analyze and audit the security levels of Tanmiah’s servers.
- Work on integrating systems with security solutions.
- Monitor, manage, and resolve all information security incidents and risks in accordance with security requirements.
- Follow up with the cybersecurity team to strengthen security initiatives.
- Manage the implementation of Tanmiah's policies, procedures, and controls related to IT operations across all assigned functional areas, ensuring their effective execution to meet all relevant procedural and regulatory requirements, while delivering high-quality and cost-efficient services.
