Senior Architect – Fit-Out

Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-out design and execution for luxury hotel interiors, delivering innovative and functional solutions

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

• Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams

• Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and incorporate feedback

• Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, coordinating with engineering teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in luxury hotel projects

• Strong design, technical, and project management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Procurement Officer – Fresh Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the supply strategy to align stakeholders

• Cultivate supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations

• Use competitive insights to shape strategies that counter market threats

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer

Job Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations and standards

• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs and initiatives

• Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in risk management, safety audits, and training

• Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills

Lead Landscape Architect

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture; professional certification is a plus

• Strong technical knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, external works, and landscape materials

• Solid understanding of Saudi local authority requirements and approval processes (Diriyah standards preferred)

• Proven ability to manage complex interfaces in luxury hospitality and mixed-use developments

• ERP system knowledge mandatory (SAP preferred)

• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant landscape architectural experience

• At least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role with a main contractor

• Proven experience on luxury hotels, resorts, high-end mixed-use, or master development projects

• GCC experience (minimum 2 years) preferred; KSA experience is a strong advantage

Facade Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

• 15+ years of experience in façade engineering/construction on luxury or iconic projects

• Proven experience working with a main contractor on complex façade packages

• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, stone cladding, GFRC/GRC, aluminum, and glass systems

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
