Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspection, spot checks and quality control to ensure vehicles meet our Tesla standard before delivery
- Coordinate with local Service and Body Repair teams, and follow-up on vehicles in repair statuses
- Manage the vehicle lot and yard for optimum capacity
- Track delivery schedules, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Enter repair work in systems and track to completion
- Communicate and coordinate with various teams that are involved in the vehicle preparation and delivery processes
- Keep track of inventory and reorder supplies
- Identify issues and escalate to management when needed
- Clean vehicle exteriors and interiors in compliance with company standards
- Support team in ensuring an efficient flow of cleared vehicles to delivery bays
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
2. Sales & Delivery Trainer – Arabic Speaker
Responsibilities
- Create, deliver and report on virtual and in-person ILT training and onboarding sessions nationally
- Empower Sales/Delivery field teams to drive individual and team performance leaning on One Motion principles and relevant sales techniques for the Sales Org
- Foster an engaging learning environment by applying various training strategies and adult learning practises
- Identify, analyse and track training effectiveness using data driven methodologies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Middle East to remain in-the-know of local and regional priorities. Ensuring a feedback loop between leadership and field teams to enable continuous improvement
- Conduct new joiner onboarding programmes including Launchpad and Sales/Delivery specific training
3. Business Development Associate - Tesla Energy, Saudi Arabia
What You'll Do
- Support Tesla’s energy storage expansion in the Kingdom by coordinating workstreams with government, identifying opportunities, and assisting in the development of roadmaps for market entry, with a focus on Megapack deployments.
- Build and maintain connections with private and governmental stakeholders (Ministries, Public companies CEOs,…) including utilities, regulators, ministries, and large energy consumers in the country to drive Tesla vision for a transition to sustainable energy.
- Come with creative solutions combining all Tesla ecosystem (Energy, Charging, Motors,…) and offer countries solutions that can help them to achieve sustainable goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Policy, Product, Engineering, and Autobidder) to ensure smooth coordination and execution of market entry processes.
- Advocate for Tesla’s approach to energy storage deployment, providing education and thought leadership to prospective customers.
- Partner with local governments and Tesla’s policy team to shape regulatory frameworks that support BESS adoption and market growth.
