Customer Service Manager

About the job

Role Description:

Understand and address the needs of internal and external customers by delivering high-quality service and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring proper resolution.
  • Supervise responses related to services, processes, and systems.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve complaints and feedback.
  • Monitor assigned cases and ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare reports and recommend service improvements.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement solutions.
  • Lead and manage the customer care team.
  • Handle escalated complaints and take corrective actions.
  • Measure and analyze customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor social media feedback and maintain company reputation.
  • Develop strategies to improve service standards.

Cybersecurity Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and review internal security architecture.
  • Implement security baselines and system hardening practices.
  • Support security reviews for IT and digital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
  • Document security procedures, standards, and controls.
  • Recommend security improvements and solutions.
  • Provide technical support to cybersecurity and IT teams.
  • Assist in handling and escalating security incidents.
  • Review and update security policies regularly.
  • Monitor implementation of security tools and controls.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
  • 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity or networking.
  • Basic knowledge of security architecture and tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (preferably SAMA CSF).
  • Preferred certifications: Security+, Network+, or CCNA.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security and DevSecOps concepts.
  • Experience in financial or banking environments is a plus.
