Role Description:
Understand and address the needs of internal and external customers by delivering high-quality service and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring proper resolution.
- Supervise responses related to services, processes, and systems.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve complaints and feedback.
- Monitor assigned cases and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare reports and recommend service improvements.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement solutions.
- Lead and manage the customer care team.
- Handle escalated complaints and take corrective actions.
- Measure and analyze customer satisfaction.
- Monitor social media feedback and maintain company reputation.
- Develop strategies to improve service standards.
Cybersecurity Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review internal security architecture.
- Implement security baselines and system hardening practices.
- Support security reviews for IT and digital projects.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
- Document security procedures, standards, and controls.
- Recommend security improvements and solutions.
- Provide technical support to cybersecurity and IT teams.
- Assist in handling and escalating security incidents.
- Review and update security policies regularly.
- Monitor implementation of security tools and controls.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
- 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity or networking.
- Basic knowledge of security architecture and tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (preferably SAMA CSF).
- Preferred certifications: Security+, Network+, or CCNA.
- Knowledge of Cloud Security and DevSecOps concepts.
- Experience in financial or banking environments is a plus.
