Event Management Senior Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Strategy development, based on clear outcomes and KPIs (candidates to have proof of past project experience of projects they have contributed to).
Project Management skills (candidates to have proof of managing large scale projects or events, e.g., conferences, exhibitions, or others).
Supporting with development for required RFP scopes.
Managing multiple vendors across different projects and activations.

Find, assess, and coordinate with PR and media-buying/advertising agencies to efficiently execute campaigns and ensure timely service delivery per standards and guidelines.
Coordinate with event organizers and internal departments to ensure PR matters are handled adequately in internal and external events.
Prepare all required event materials and complete projects related to external communication and public relations.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 Years Experience in performance marketing or media buying.
Platform Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
