We are seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical equipment on site. The role requires planning, preparing test procedures, coordinating with customers, and ensuring proper documentation and certification.

Responsibilities

• · Study the contractual scope of site work, applicable specifications and standards, application, electrical scheme drawings, and interface engineering
• · Prepare site test procedure and test formats considering manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards
• · Plan and schedule testing and commissioning activities
• · Identify and arrange test equipment needed and verify availability of required documentation
• · Prepare relay setting calculation if required for small jobs
• · Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment and its interface with other equipment in line with test procedures and customer agreement
• · Issue documentation of test results validated by the individual and customer
• · Issue certification of installation for energization and operation
• · Investigate reported malfunctions and implement curative action / initiate corrective action
