1. Personal Assistant
The CEO Personal Assistant & Office Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the CEO in day-to-day executive, administrative, and organizational functions and acting as a first point of contact. This position ensures the smooth running of the CEO’s office by managing communications, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, preparing executive documentation, and overseeing the general administration of the corporate office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment typical of logistics, industrial development, and special economic zone operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and logistics.
- Take notes and write minutes during meetings.
- Prepare briefing packs, presentations, reports, and follow-up notes for CEO engagements.
- Gatekeep and manage communication on behalf of the CEO (emails, phone calls, visitors).
- Coordinate CEO interactions with internal senior management, external partners, government authorities (e.g., ECZA, ZATCA, Municipalities), clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Track and follow up on action items, decisions, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Support the CEO in confidential tasks, strategic initiatives, and special assignments.

2. Information Technology Manager
The BU (Business Unit) IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Information Technology department within the BU, ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems, and leading a team of IT professionals. The IT Manager plays a crucial role in aligning IT initiatives with the overall business objectives, ensuring technology solutions support the organization's growth and success. He/She shall work closely with SGP Country Head of IT to align country level direction and targets and to achieve compliance and synergy for the BU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and solutions for the BU that align with business objectives and country IT.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing and highly engaged IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Institute and implement processes to uplift the maturity and competency of IT team.
- Technology Management: Consult Country IT and Region IT for technical and architecture guidance. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions and on-premise/cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Stay current with technological advancements and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems. Ensure that proper documentation practices are adhered to. Ensures SLA of systems are upkept.
- Cybersecurity, Data and Risk Management: Enforce compliance to cybersecurity policies and procedures in accordance to PSA’s and SGP’s policies and standards to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets.
- Project Management: Work with stakeholders across functions and manage IT projects from conception to completion within the BU.
- Vendor Management: Manage external IT vendors and service providers and ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Data Analytics: Support SGP data-related projects by working with MESA region office and SGP Country IT to deliver necessary dashboards, reports and insights.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control within the BU as well as alignment to Country guidelines.
- User Support and Training: Adhere to country ITSM practices and ensure timely resolution of user issues and inquiries by making use of ITSM ticketing system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reporting and feedback to management and Country IT team, including monthly reports of IT performance based on IT metrics.
