2. Sr. Manager, Carbon & Energy
To lead the development and implementation of comprehensive net-zero and decarbonization strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements (IATA, EU Regulations, CORSIA, ICAO, etc.), and science-based targets. The role involves managing energy efficiency initiatives, monitoring carbon emissions, fostering sustainability partnerships, and providing expert guidance on policies and processes to drive progress towards net-zero targets and promote a culture of sustainability across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive net-zero and decarbonization strategies in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements (IATA, EU REGULATIONS, CORSIA, ICAO, etc.).
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement decarbonization practices, technologies, and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate carbon emissions, energy usage, and environmental impact to drive continuous improvement and ensure progress towards net-zero targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster sustainability partnerships, engage employees, and promote a culture of sustainability.
- Develop and monitor agreed SCIENCE-BASED TARGETS for carbon reduction pathways and targets, and report on the organization’s progress towards Net Zero.
- Lead on development of SAUDIA’s energy management policy, tree and biodiversity policies, etc.
- Develop and promote evidence-based technical policy, standards, and protocols, and provide specialist guidance to enable the council to develop more sustainable use of the portfolio.
- Act as SAUDIA's lead specialist and technical advisor in matters relating to energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
- Explore ways of generating income for the implementation of climate change projects.
- Create quarterly reports through data analysis to inform project identification and selection processes, and support projects that result in natural gas, propane, and electricity savings.
- Determine applicable utility incentives, rebates, and programs that may benefit the organization; these programs help IH achieve energy and GHG emissions reduction targets.
- Develop measurement and verification (M&V) plans and subsequently manage the M&V of mechanical, electrical, and controls projects to verify results.
- Structure, organize, analyze, and report on data, including but not limited to meter data, utility billing data, and consumption information, building management systems, and public databases.
- Develop, establish, and manage ongoing processes for permanent data collection, data manipulation, visual analytics, and reporting of energy metrics.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related discipline is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of eleven years’ work experience with at least five years in a relevant function and four years in supervisory roles
3. Manager, Vulnerability Management
The Manager, Vulnerability Management is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide vulnerability identification, assessment, prioritization, and remediation governance processes. The role ensures that vulnerabilities across cloud, network, application, endpoint, and infrastructure environments are systematically discovered, risk‑ranked, and addressed in alignment with cybersecurity policies and business risk tolerance.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end vulnerability management lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, reporting, and remediation governance.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise vulnerability management strategy, frameworks, and SOPs, ensuring alignment with organizational cybersecurity strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Establish risk‑based prioritization methodologies and SLAs for remediation based on asset criticality and threat intelligence.
- Oversee regular scanning and assessments across cloud, network, server, workstation, OT/IoT, and application environments.
- Evaluate scan results, validate findings, and ensure accuracy through tuning, false-positive management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Integrate multiple data sources (e.g., scanners, CMDB, threat intel) to maintain high-quality visibility of vulnerabilities.
- Partner with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and application teams to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Lead remediation governance forums and follow-up mechanisms to track remediation progress and exceptions.
- Escalate critical unaddressed risks to leadership and provide recommended mitigations or compensating controls.
- Correlate vulnerability data with threat intelligence to prioritize remediation efforts based on active exploits and emerging threats.
- Conduct impact assessments to determine business risk and required mitigation actions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of nine years’ work experience with at least four of which in a relevant function and three years in supervisory roles.
4. Manager Cyber Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance
Assist and support all tasks related to Cyber Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance with the aim of achieving objectives under direct supervision to assist in accomplishing specific tasks.
Key Accountabilities
- Participates in the formulation and implementation of the cybersecurity & GRC strategy to ensure the alignment with the Saudia strategy.
- Adopts cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes to guarantee that all applicable legal and procedural requirements are met.
- Oversee the daily operations of cybersecurity by offering direction, promoting cooperation, and assisting with relevant professional work procedures to meet high-performance requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity operating procedures and make ongoing improvements to it.
- Offers technical know-how and guidance to carry out plans and guarantee that all cybersecurity and GRC staff receive the required support services in an efficient manner.
- Creates policies, plans, and guidelines within the organization to aid in the department's development and management.
- Oversee the activation of the business continuity management program and disaster recovery plans.
- Advises and supports the Senior management of SRF to implement the governance programs and effective risk management frameworks.
- Oversee the monitoring of external threat environment for emerging threats and advises relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (data protection and telecommunications legislation) are followed and assist with any regulatory inquiries.
- Ensure sure that the SRF cybersecurity strategy, policies, and other pertinent documentation are in alignment with the protection and detection risk capabilities.
- Promote cyber policy and strategy awareness within SRF management as needed.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations by periodically reviewing cybersecurity policies, strategies, and associated documents.
- Prepares the development of cybersecurity budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.
- Manages the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing, and motivating staff to maximize subordinate performance.
- Preparation of the annual training courses and vacations scheduling for the Department staff and obtain needed approvals.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments and represent the Department in meetings inside/outside the Division.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
