About The Role

At SATEL, who we hire defines what we become. This role exists to protect that standard. The Recruitment Specialist owns the full hiring pipeline from the moment a role opens to the moment a new hire completes their first 90 days. You will work directly with division leads, define what each role truly requires, and ensure every person who joins SATEL is capable of delivering from day one. This is not a coordination role. It is a control function. You are the first filter and the most important one.

Resident Relations Specialist

  • Proactive – doesn’t wait for instructions, actively looks for solutions.
  • Comfortable dealing with expat residents and diverse cultures.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory.
  • Experience in residential compounds, serviced apartments, hotels, or property management is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up skills and a professional communication style.
  • Familiarity with maintenance workflows and resident-facing operations is preferred.

Compound Manager

Required Profile

  • 4+ years managing a premium residential compound or hotel with financial exposure.
  • Proven track record improving occupancy or revenue.
  • Experience in budgeting and operational cost control.
  • Strong understanding of pricing dynamics and leasing funnels.
  • Ability to manage diverse resident profiles professionally.
  • Data-driven mindset with reporting discipline.
  • Strong decision-making capability under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP / CPM is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
