Instrumentation Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled Instrumentation Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving instrumentation systems to ensure optimal plant performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze data trends to support predictive maintenance
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems
- Work with DCS systems to ensure smooth plant operations
- Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions
- Support installation and commissioning of instrumentation systems
- Ensure availability of spare parts for maintenance activities
- Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, and production teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cement factories
- Hands-on experience with DCS systems (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus
