Junior Credit Controller
About the job
Submitting all invoices with proper documentation via email to customers at the beginning of each month.
Negotiating payment plans with customers and setting payment terms and conditions.
Maintaining debt records and analyzing the credit-control system to reduce bad debts.
Monitoring aged debtors and ensuring prompt action for late or non-payment.
Initiating collection calls to resolve outstanding debts and billing issues.
Performing monthly customer account reconciliation and sharing balances.

Requirements
Minimum high school education up to a college degree.
3-5 years of experience in handling and leading teams.
Supervisory experience preferred.
