Job Description
A leading company based in Dammam announces a job opportunity for the position of HR Manager, aiming to attract a professional capable of leading HR operations efficiently and ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws, contributing to achieving company objectives and enhancing a professional and motivating work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Full supervision of personnel affairs in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations.
- Manage and update employee files ensuring all legal requirements are met (contracts, residency permits, social insurance).
- Follow up with government entities and official platforms such as Qiwa, Absher, Mudad, and GOSI.
- Supervise recruitment procedures, service transfers, and terminations in compliance with regulations.
- Manage payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS) and ensure timely processing.
- Follow up on renewal of residency permits, visas, and work permits for non-Saudi employees.
- Implement Saudization policies and achieve Nitaqat program targets.
- Supervise attendance, leave systems, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle labor disputes and complaints and represent the company before relevant authorities when required.
- Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to senior management.
Surveyor
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct land and project surveying works.
- Determine coordinates and reference points using surveying equipment such as Total Station and GPS.
- Prepare survey drawings and maps based on field data.
- Review and verify measurements to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with engineers and departments to execute work according to plans.
- Monitor field work progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare technical reports related to surveying activities.
- Maintain and service surveying equipment to ensure readiness.
- Ensure safety standards are followed during fieldwork.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in surveying, preferably in construction projects.
- Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of coordinate systems and GIS.
- Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work in field conditions.
