Document Controller


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in document control, preferably within real estate, construction, or engineering environments.
Strong knowledge of document control standards, filing systems, and documentation procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and document control software (DMS, Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Strong communication abilities and the ability to work with multiple teams.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Quantity Surveyor


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering processes, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
Proficiency in QS software and tools (CostX, Candy, Excel, etc.).
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Legal Specialist


Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence on transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and applicable requirements.

• Manage and resolve legal disputes, claims, and litigation.
• Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Administration and Support Services Manager


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., Facilities Management Professional - FMP) is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven experience in managing a team, vendor relationships, and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
