Approvals Executive
External Liaison
- Secure and maintain WEL and other applicable product certificates in a timely manner for GROHE products across assigned markets as dictated by regulatory bodies (SASO, MoIAT, GSO, SONCAP, PAI, GOEIC, EOS, GSA, etc.).
- Work closely with assigned certification bodies, accredited testing laboratories, and governmental authorities on product certification and approvals while building strong relationships and evaluating service levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all existing and upcoming regulations and requirements for imported products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall delivery of results for KSA Projects Channel.
- Execute Project Channel Sales Mission aligned with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Identify key channels and targets within the region:
- Residential (Developers, Contractors, Designers).
- Hotels (Hotel Operators and Developers).
- Healthcare (Owners and Healthcare Institutions).
- Collaborate with departments to enhance tools and support for project sales and improve performance.

Qualifications and Education
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with strong market knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
Experience
- 5–7 years of total professional experience.
- Experience in the same field or building materials industry is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing external stakeholders and relationships.
