Organization Development Specialist

About the job

We are looking for a talented OD Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting organizational development initiatives, enhancing performance, and driving transformation.

Job Title: OD Specialist

Work Location: Nesma United Industries Head Office – Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of organizational structures across corporate and business units.
  • Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and grading in alignment with approved frameworks.
  • Assist in workforce planning, manpower optimization, and role clarity initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in job titles, job families, and career progression frameworks.
  • Support the design and rollout of performance management systems (PMS).
  • Coordinate KPI setting processes across departments ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Monitor performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews).
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, including span of control, efficiency, and productivity analysis.

Logistics Officer

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or Facility Managements
  • Experience in project-based environments and/or camp management is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and office technologies
  • Knowledge of logistics processes, record keeping, and documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of business practices and operational workflows

Cyber Security GRC Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Cybersecurity compliance audits and regulatory reporting (GRC) processes and ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., NCA ECC, SDAIA PDPL).
  • Ensure continuous monitoring, protection and response to security events and alerts from Firewalls, EDR, and SIEM.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities in network & Information Systems.
  • Collaborate on security policy development and enforcement.
  • Document security breaches and assessing their damage.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and threats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree, Information Security major, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Professional information security certification, CompTIA Security+ is required or other equivalent certificates.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity with a mix of GRC and technical ops.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., ClearSkies, Splunk, QRadar).
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and Cybersecurity compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
