Job Description:
Respond to employee inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and in line with Nahdi policies and procedures.
Accountabilities – Responding to Nahdi Employees:
Respond to employees’ complaints and inquiries (e.g. transaction issues, salary delays, how to upload requests into the self-service system, etc.) through email, calls, etc. in a timely manner as per set SLAs and SOPs in order to maintain employee satisfaction.
Follow up all payments registered in the payroll system on a daily basis by checking compliance of payment details with payroll policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy.
