JOB PURPOSE:
The Team Leader – Warehouses is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching agricultural inputs and outputs such as seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, feed, packaging materials, and harvested crops. The role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and efficient movement of goods in line with NADEC’s agricultural production cycles.

- Lead the annual business plan and targets aligned with the agricultural farm strategy
- Deliver NADEC's vision and mission
Leadership:
- Direct warehouse team activities efficiently in line with policies and procedures

- Manage performance and provide continuous coaching and feedback

Manager - Facility Management
About the job:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Manager – Facility Management to oversee full facility operations. The role ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across all sites.
You will lead maintenance, manage service contracts, improve operational standards, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility services including firefighting systems, generators, refrigeration, cleaning, and security
- Approve preventive maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and policies
Manager – Procurement (Capex & Spare Parts)
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and governance standards
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
- Strong experience in Capex sourcing and spare parts procurement
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
Director - Facility Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with logistics, warehousing, procurement, HR, and other departments
- Act as key point of contact for stakeholders
- Ensure facility operations support supply chain objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or certifications such as CFM preferred
- 8–13 years of experience in facility management
- At least 5 years leading multi-site operations
- Experience in large-scale environments such as agriculture, manufacturing, or power plants
AI Specialist
Core Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models (predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, anomaly detection, recommendation systems)
- Perform data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation
- Write production-quality code and integrate AI solutions into systems
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
Research & Innovation:
