Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (KSA)

Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Midea Group across Saudi Arabia. This includes managing international inbound logistics, local warehousing, last-mile distribution, and procurement, ensuring that innovative home solutions reach customers with maximum efficiency and minimal lead times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations: Develop and implement a robust supply chain framework that supports growth in the KSA market, focusing on cost optimization and digitalization.
  • Inbound Logistics & Customs: Oversee the importation of goods from global factories. Manage relationships with clearing agents to navigate ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations and ensure compliance with SABER/SASO certifications.
  • Demand Planning & Inventory: Utilize advanced forecasting tools to align inventory levels with seasonal demand. Minimize aging stock while ensuring high availability for key retailers and distributors.
  • Warehouse & Distribution: Lead the management of regional distribution centers. Oversee 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers to ensure high performance in storage, handling, and last-mile delivery to end consumers and project sites.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and negotiate contracts with local service providers, ensuring all agreements meet global quality and ethical standards.
  • Process Automation: Leverage ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and WMS to enhance data visibility and automate reporting for real-time decision-making.
