We are looking for a Saudi female Sales & Customer Service Representative to work full-time, handling customer calls and inquiries with the ability to convert interactions into tangible sales results.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries عبر calls and communication channels professionally.
- Explain how the platform works to clients and lawyers in a way that encourages registration and engagement.
- Convert potential leads into actual customers (closing sales).
- Present legal services in a simple and persuasive manner.
- Follow up with potential clients and build trust.
- Update customer data and coordinate with the legal team.
Web Security Engineer
Core Responsibilities
- Perform penetration testing for web applications (Pentesting).
- Test APIs and authentication systems (JWT / OAuth2).
- Analyze real-world exploitation scenarios.
- Assess AWS environments and identify vulnerabilities.
- Implement SAST, DAST, and SCA tools within CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct threat modeling before feature development.
- Enhance AWS security (IAM, networking, secrets management).
- Set up open-source security tools.
- Write clear, actionable security reports.
- Retest vulnerabilities after remediation.
- Perform code reviews and promote security awareness within the team.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in application security, Pentesting, or DevSecOps.
- Hands-on experience in penetration testing.
- Strong understanding of Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong experience in AWS security.
- Ability to independently set up security tools.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as OSCP or OSWE.
- Bug Bounty experience.
- Knowledge of Supabase, Postgres, or Nginx.
- Experience in SaaS or legal platforms.
