This is a site-based role within an active mining operation, requiring close collaboration with operational teams and department leaders to support workforce development and HR program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including maintaining recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and dashboards related to recruitment, training participation, and talent development activities.
  • Support the performance management cycle by tracking review completion, preparing reports, and assisting departments with documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations related to talent metrics, recruitment progress, and training outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to support the effective delivery of training programs and development initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the organization.
  • Ensure HR processes and activities are executed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, , or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, training, or talent development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Experience maintaining HR trackers, reports, and dashboards is preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications (such as CIPD or SHRM) are considered an advantage.

2. Senior Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) program across Process and Auxiliary Plant assets, ensuring timely and high-quality data collection.
  • Perform and interpret Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, and Infrared Thermography, providing clear recommendations to prevent failures.
  • Analyze reliability and condition monitoring data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive Defect Elimination and Reliability Improvement initiatives using structured RCFA methodologies.
  • Support commissioning, recommissioning, and major overhauls by developing baseline condition reports.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Total Fluid Management and Lubrication Program.
  • Raise and track corrective maintenance actions based on predictive findings through the maintenance management system.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Planning, and Projects to integrate predictive insights into maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate reliability records, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Support budget planning and efficient use of reliability resources.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Engage with OEMs, contractors, and corporate stakeholders to support reliability objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior reliability or condition monitoring personnel where required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Formal training or certification in Reliability Engineering, Condition Monitoring, or Asset Management is preferred
  • Understanding of asset management principles and maintenance strategies
  • Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and site safety management systems
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, equipment datasheets, and maintenance documentation
  • Familiarity with plant maintenance systems such as SAP PM / CMMS is an advantage
