About the job:
Ma’aden Barrick Copper Company (MBCC) is seeking a motivated Talent Management Specialist to join the HR team at Jabal Sayid Mine Site in the Madinah region, Saudi Arabia.
This role supports key HR programs including recruitment, employee development, and talent management initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
The candidate will collaborate closely with HR leadership and operational teams to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent.
This is a site-based role within an active mining operation requiring close coordination with department leaders.
Senior Reliability Engineer
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Reliability Engineering, Condition Monitoring, or Asset Management is preferred
- Understanding of asset management principles and maintenance strategies
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Familiarity with SAP PM / CMMS systems is an advantage
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or plant maintenance
- Experience in mining, minerals processing, or heavy industry
- Hands-on experience with condition monitoring tools (vibration, oil analysis, thermography)
- Strong experience in failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCFA)
- Ability to analyze reliability data and implement maintenance improvements
