Details

Details

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with software like PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, DigSILENT.
- Grid integration studies including Transient and Steady state stability studies, voltage stability studies, harmonic studies, power quality studies, LVRT and Fault Ride Through studies.
- Experience performing short circuit analysis and sizing switchgear and circuit breakers as per standards.
Site Mechanical Manager
Project Execution & Site Management
- Execute and supervise mechanical works for PV solar projects including mounting structures, trackers, module installation, and associated mechanical components. Interpret and implement approved IFC drawings, method statements, and technical specifications at site. Plan daily/weekly activities in coordination with the construction team to meet project milestones. Monitor subcontractor and manpower productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Installation & Technical Activities
- Oversee installation of fixed-tilt structures / single-axis trackers, torqueing, alignment, leveling, and mechanical tolerances. Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of solar modules to avoid damage.
Project Control Manager
Details
Lead and manage project control functions for multiple projects. Ensure projects are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed according to scope, budget, and timeline.
