Location: Riyadh, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Governance & Strategic Advisory
- SAMA Regulatory Leadership:
- Serve as the Bank’s primary SME for SAMA Banking Rules, Circulars, and supervisory expectations, including:
- SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- SAMA IT Governance Framework
- SAMA Risk Management & Compliance guidelines
ServiceNow Functional Consultant
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow IRM / GRC Certification or equivalent ServiceNow certifications
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple service providers
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.)
- Experience implementing SecOps workflows and integrations

- Exposure to GRC tools, BCM platforms, or ServiceNow BCM modules
