1. Junior Plant Accountant

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to the Plant Controller and Operations team while meeting reporting requirements within deadlines. This includes management reports like Manufacturing Plant commentary on financial performance, monthly financial reporting against budget, targets and prior years consisting of Management Cost Reports, Manufacturing KPI Reporting, month end closing, Inventory Reporting, Labor Cost and Headcount reporting
  • Provide analysis and insights on Inventory and manage write-offs process in line with KCSA.
  • Active participation in physical Inventory count at Plant & external warehouses. Support in variance reconciliation by analyzing material movements in SAP and route cause analysis for the variance and work towards fixing the variance in future
  • Fixed Asset tagging upon capitalization and execution of annual fixed asset count and involve in fixed assets disposal
  • Provide periodic report and set up control mechanism for P2P such as open purchase orders review, follow up with team for actions
  • Ensure connectivity and timelines with GBS to ensure Material Ledger is closed in accordance with regional timelines and is accurate and complete.
  • Partnering with Supply Chain to review material costs on weekly basis to ensure accurate cost components
  • Product/Process costing – ensuring that yields, labor and direct overhead standards reflect the true cost of manufacture. Working with cross functional teams to resolve any differences.
  • Carry out the Financial Accounting responsibilities as outlined in relevant Kerry Group Policies & Procedures and associated procedures and work instructions to provide financial information and advice.
  • Effective liaison with operational personnel to ensure compliance with policies to ensure/improve compliance with Kerry Policies
  • Ensure the timely and efficient completion of all routine Operations Finance activities, and compliance to relevant Kerry Group Policies and Procedures and Kerry Jeddah Quality Policies and associated procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure financial activities comply with relevant legislative, professional, and ethical requirements.
  • Ensure that Accounting Systems and procedures are established and maintained in accordance with Kerry Policies.
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

2. Material Planner

Lead the resolution of any stock out issues to avoid compromising production and/or customer delivery deadlines. Support and participate in the commercialisation process through to launch of all new products introduced into the KSA market.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Procurement Technology Buyers on all material requirements for KSA
  • Maintain and review raw material stock levels with view to maximise cash flow and meet agreed targets
  • Generate and report on weekly ‘At Risks’ materials and flag up projected stock shortfalls through the Technology Supply Process and provide commentary on actions taken to meet deadlines
  • Work with technical teams to develop action plans for slow moving stocks to reduce stock write-offs
  • Work with and develop expertise in material call-off planning using SAP ECC & APO modules

3. Import/Export Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Imports Specialist to manage and oversee all import operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant shipments. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, documentation, and logistics processes. Excellent communication skills and experience in food & beverage are required.

Key responsibilities

  •  Manage end-to-end import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
  •  Ensure full compliance with Saudi customs regulations and trade laws.
  •  Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  •  Handle and process all required import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).
  •  Liaise with the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) for product registration, approvals, and regulatory compliance when applicable.
  •  Monitor shipment costs, duties, and taxes to ensure cost efficiency.
  •  Maintain accurate import records and prepare regular reports for management.
