Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree is preferred
• Professional membership is a must - PMI, RICS, ICE, etc
• At least 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in programme and project management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
• International PMC or EPC contractor experience
• Experience in EPC/LSTK contracts
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale oil and gas programmes
• Deep understanding of oil and gas operations, project lifecycle, and industry standards
