Role Summary
A Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a scientific expert and key point of contact between Jamjoom healthcare professionals, focusing on building relationships.
Responsibilities
- KOLs visits and reporting, sales target achievement.
- Establish relationships: build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to facilitate scientific exchange and gather insights on product usage and clinical practices.
- Provide scientific support: act as a scientific resource for internal teams and external stakeholders, offering detailed information about products, clinical data, and therapeutic areas.
- Conduct presentations: deliver presentations and participate in discussions at medical conferences, advisory boards, and other professional gatherings to share knowledge and gather feedback.
Medical Representative
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum of 1–2 years in pharmaceutical sales or related field preferred; minimum 2 years in the same position, preferably in Ophthalmology.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, territory management, and data reporting.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, depending on healthcare professional availability.
- High ethical standards and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Jr. Executive – Maintenance
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- 4–5 years of maintenance experience in pharmaceutical (Pharma) or FMCG industries.
- Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues quickly.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS/SAP systems is a plus.
- Commitment to GMP and HSE standards.
- Teamwork and flexibility to work shifts or extended hours.
Senior Executive Procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge and experience in procurement or purchasing (Pharma experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- ERP/SAP knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and KPI dashboards.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation to support procurement analysis, reporting, and decision-making is an advantage.
