As a Principal Executive Recruiter At Hungerstation, You’ll
Spearhead end-to-end executive recruitment strategies, aligning with HungerStation's growth and business objectives in the Saudi and MENA markets.
Partner directly with C-level stakeholders in Hungerstation to understand organizational needs and deliver top-tier leadership talent across business functions.
Leverage deep market intelligence and talent mapping to identify, engage, and secure high-impact executives across the GCC and global markets.
Work cross-functionally with the central Executive Search team on relevant hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR, compensation, and legal teams to ensure seamless offer management and executive onboarding.
New Ventures Associate
Qualifications
Have 4 years of work experience in a Tech company or management consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a strategic management function.
Project management experience, leading cross functional teams.
Internally motivated, energetic, and independent in handling complex problems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Kit tools.
Comfortable working with numbers, creating complex financial and business scenarios, and using both intuition and data to make decisions.
Prefer experience in SQL & Tableau.
Prefer strength in Arabic and English content.
Basic understanding of marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
PMP certification is preferred.
Data and SQL certifications are preferred.
Rider Quality Assistant Manager
Knowledge and Experience
4–6 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or quality control.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
KPI monitoring and performance management.
Strong communication skills.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is required.
Control Tower Assistant Manager
Knowledge and Experience
4+ years of experience in Last Mile operations, Control Tower, or real-time fleet management.
Strong understanding of fleet operations and hub-based logistics.
Excellent command of monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
High attention to detail, strong decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work across shifts and handle on-call situations when needed.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3PL Territory Lead - Central
Knowledge and Experience
3 - 4 years of Logistics experience or relevant experience.
Data analytics and reporting skills.
