Description

Job Purpose:

Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care, and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

Performs clinical duties as per his / her assigned clinical privileges.

Assesses his / her patients thoroughly (eg. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.

Develops a plan of care for patients using an evidence-based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in patients’ medical record.

Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.

Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his / her name.


Oncology Specialist

Job Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.

Microsoft computer skills.

Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.

Requirements

Experience:

Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.

Education

Board / Fellowship / Master.

Licenses / Certification

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS /DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.

Microsoft computer skills.

Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.


Safety Manager

About the job

Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversees personnel within the Safety Unit, ensuring alignment with Fakeeh Care policies, safety objectives, and performance expectations.

Reviews, updates, and develops safety policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with Ministry of Interior (MOI) regulations, other relevant safety standards, and to proactively address safety risks, including emergency procedures and the Emergency Disaster Manual.

Conducts regular inspections and audits Fakeeh Healthcare facility, documenting findings and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented to address any non-compliance.

Investigates and analyzes safety-related incidents, provides recommendations for preventive measures, and implements corrective actions to mitigate future risks.


Physical Therapy Technologist

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Must be willing and able to work with multi-cultural and physically handicapped clients.

Should possess good organization skills and able to work in highly stress situations.

Able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and nonmedical staff.

Experience

0 – 2 years of experience as physical therapist.

Education & Licenses / Certifications

BS Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; plus the required clinical internship for professional registration.

Possession of a current license to practice Physical Therapy.


Phlebotomist

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Highly motivated, documentation skills with attention to details, with computer skills, a team player and has skills in interpersonal dealing with variety of patients.

Experience:

0 – 2 years of experience as Laboratory Phlebotomist.

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.

Certified phlebotomist, specialized in the collection of blood specimen in all age group.

Language:

Excellent in English and Arabic languages (verbal & writing).

Licenses / Certifications:

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
