Support Engineer

Position Overview

Mid Support Engineer provides first-level support to clients for projects and products offered by the company. This role involves more advanced troubleshooting and providing support to ensure smooth project and product operations. The position requires a deeper understanding of the company's products, technical skills, and the ability to handle more challenging support cases, including guiding junior team members and collaborating with higher support levels or specialized teams to ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle support requests from clients that require intermediate knowledge related to projects and products.
  • Provide detailed business and technical guidance and solutions to clients and end-users.
  • Log all support activities, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system with precision and clarity.
  • Escalate highly complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels or specialized technical teams when necessary.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

1) Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct structured market research and targeting (industry, company size, revenue).
  • Generate leads via direct outreach, campaigns, events, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Develop strategies to qualify prospects (budget, timeline, decision makers, & needs).
  • Enter and maintain all leads and activities in the CRM with complete accuracy.
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

2) Initial Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Conduct first contact calls and client meetings with structured agendas.

Business Development - Consulting

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business development and lead generation in the consulting industry, especially in digital transformation and management consulting.
  • Strong ability to build new connections and secure high-level meetings with prospective clients.
  • Consulting and strategic business planning skills tailored to the KSA market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic and English preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design customized solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and deal closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Consulting Manager, Innovation

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Innovation Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Digital Transformation, or related fields.

Certifications

  • GINI – Global Innovation Institute (CInP, CInS, CInO).
  • DGA or SDAIA certifications (preferred).
  • Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
  • AI-related certifications (Applied AI, Generative AI, Data Governance).
  • ISO Innovation Management certifications (ISO 56000 series) preferred.

Experience

  • 7–12 years of experience in consulting firms, innovation, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience working with Saudi government entities is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience implementing DGA compliance, Qiyas Maturity Index, Emerging Technologies Indicators, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Proven success in building innovation units, labs, or digital innovation programs.

Senior Accountant

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger, and financial closing.
  • Handle Zakat, VAT, and Withholding Tax in accordance with ZATCA regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit tax and Zakat returns on time.
  • Ensure proper accounting treatment and approvals of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors, providing required documents and explanations.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
