Human Resources Information System Specialist

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Preferred: HRIS, HR Analytics, or HR Technology certifications.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in HRIS roles, preferably with Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
  • Experience in HR automation projects, implementation cycles, and data administration.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules and BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Good knowledge of HR functional processes (recruitment, payroll, org structure).
  • Familiarity with Taleo, Absence, and Performance modules preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative, with strong follow-through and documentation abilities.

Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and internet connectivity across KSA locations
  • Administer Cisco Meraki environments ensuring performance, redundancy & uptime
  • Monitor network using SolarWinds, FortiAnalyzer, Meraki Dashboard
  • Implement Zero Trust security, network segmentation, VPNs, and firewall policies
  • Support SASE solutions (ZTNA, SWG, CASB) for secure remote access
  • Manage hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure, Microsoft 365, OCI)
  • Coordinate telecom services (DIA, Fiber, 5G – STC) and remote site connectivity
  • Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Maintain network documentation & compliance standards

Preferred Certifications:

  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP / Meraki (ECMS)
  • Fortinet NSE (NSE4+)
  • Azure / OCI certifications (preferred)

Senior Accountant – Intercompany / AR (Oracle ERP)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a group or corporate environment.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Key Skills:

  • Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable and month-end closing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in multi-entity/group accounting
  • Knowledge of VAT accounting and compliance

Administrator - Operations / Executive Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of administrative or operations support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting senior management or operational teams is preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

Requirements:

  • Experience managing multiple facility services and operational teams
  • Experience supervising contractors and service providers
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of budget management and cost control
  • Ability to manage complex operational workloads

Oracle Fusion Consultant – Finance & SCM

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM, including Maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Solid understanding of finance and supply chain business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Oracle Fusion Functional Certification (FIN/SCM) is preferred.
