Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 7 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, building standards, and site coordination
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects
2. Site Architect
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 12 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, building standards, and site coordination
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects
3. QAQC Engineer
Job Description:
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in QA/QC and construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and codes
- Experience with QA/QC documentation (Method Statements, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs)
- Preferred certifications: ISO 9001, Lead Auditor, ASQ CQA or equivalent
- Familiarity with commissioning, testing, and project handover
4. HSE Inspector
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Safety Management or Engineering)
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent (minimum Level 6)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering consultancy or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and regional HSE regulations
5. Landscape Engineer
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in landscape and irrigation construction supervision
- Strong communication skills
- PE license is an advantage
6. Document Controller
Job Description:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a multinational company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams(
- Knowledge of Aconex is required; experience with Newforma, Primavera, Expedition, and FTP is an advantage
- Strong written and spoken English skills
