Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Control of Approval Validate the information provided by the customer seeking service from HMG. Coordinate multi source transaction of service approvals from various insurance companies. Check and validate that each proposal or processed document has all the relevant documents required for processing the claims and act as a single point of contact to address issues. Patient Services Assist patients to process documents within the shortest period of time. Act as a front liner while receiving patients and provide necessary information as a single point of contact. Contact insurance companies on behalf of patients and update them on any issues related to document processing.
