Banking GRC Expert – Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Role Overview
The Banking GRC Expert will act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Governance, Risk, and Compliance across the Bank. This role is accountable for ensuring full alignment with SAMA regulations, NCA cybersecurity standards, and other applicable Saudi regulatory frameworks.
The incumbent will lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of an integrated GRC framework that supports regulatory compliance, operational resilience, digital transformation, and sustainable business growth. This role interfaces extensively with senior management, Board Committees, regulators, and internal audit functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Governance & Strategic Advisory
SAMA Regulatory Leadership:
Serve as the Bank’s primary SME for SAMA Banking Rules, Circulars, and supervisory expectations, including:
SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
SAMA IT Governance Framework
SAMA Risk Management & Compliance guidelines
ServiceNow Functional Consultant
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow IRM / GRC Certification or equivalent ServiceNow certifications
Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple service providers
Familiarity with IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.)
Experience implementing SecOps workflows and integrations

BCM Domain Consultant - Service Now
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in Business Continuity Management
Hands-on experience with BIA, BCP, DRP, Crisis Management
Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL, and regulatory expectations
Exposure to GRC tools, BCM platforms, or ServiceNow BCM modules
Understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and recovery concepts
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and lead BCM initiatives end-to-end
Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
Experience working in matrixed or client-facing environment
Ping Identity IAM Administrator
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity Suite
Expertise in SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Experience implementing MFA and passwordless authentication
Strong understanding of adaptive/risk-based authentication
Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
Experience in access control models (RBAC, ABAC)
Knowledge of security best practices and IAM frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in IAM or Ping Identity solutions
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of API security and Zero Trust architecture
