Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Operations
• Operate, maintain, and monitor low voltage electrical systems, including:
• Power distribution boards (LV panels)
• Lighting systems (indoor, outdoor, emergency lighting)
• UPS systems and batteries
• Fire alarm systems
• Access control, CCTV, and security systems
• Structured cabling and ELV systems (BMS interfaces, PA systems, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
