1. Home Healthcare Store Coordinator
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum five (3) years’ experience in medical stores, logistics, or supply chain, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in hospital or home healthcare supply chain is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles (par levels, reorder points, stock rotation, cycle counting, variance analysis).
- Knowledge of cold chain management and safe handling of vaccines and temperature-sensitive medications.
- Familiarity with CBAHI/JCI requirements related to medical supplies, medication storage, and safety is an advantage.
- Proficiency with inventory systems/ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
2. CSSD Technician
Knowledge and Experience
- One year experience in CSSD, or a minimum of two years formal healthcare training.
- Ability to read, writes, and verbally communicates in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to be an effective team member.
- Willingness to undertake training as necessary.
- Nursing diploma.
- Validate CSSD training course.
3. Pediatric Registrar
Knowledge and Experience
- Essential: Four (4) years in the specialty of Pediatrics, including neonatology and intensive care
- Desirable: Experience in one or more Pediatric subspecialties, especially infectious diseases, hematology, or neurology.
- Essential:
- Basic medical degree.
- MSc. or Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), or Arab Board, or American Board Certification, or equivalent in the specialty.
- Desirable: Diploma in Neonatal or other Pediatric sub-specialties.
4. Java & Front-End Specialist
Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Flutter) and modern front-end frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare clear reports, meeting minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of IT service workflows and healthcare IT systems is desirable.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
