Tamheer - Human Resources

Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities including CV screening and interview coordination.

Assist with onboarding activities such as document collection, system updates, and orientation coordination.

Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Support HR operations including attendance tracking and leave administration.

Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.

Respond to basic HR inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams.

Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Eligible for the Tamheer Program.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

English language proficiency is mandatory.


Senior Specialist, Financial Planning and Analysis

Key Functional Responsibilities

Develop financial models and business plans aligned with strategic objectives.

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.

Consolidate financial reporting across business units.

Drive cost optimization through analysis.

Develop variance analysis logic for performance monitoring.

Conduct variance analysis and present insights through dashboards.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, SOCPA, and other frameworks.


Senior Manager, Risk Management

About the Job

Responsible for developing and enhancing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks to support strategic objectives and sustainability.

Key Functional Responsibilities

Develop and improve risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

Identify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Maintain an up-to-date corporate risk register.


Assistant Manager, Procurement Financial Controlling

Job Role

Design procurement performance metrics such as price variance and supplier performance.

Coordinate implementation of pricing approval processes with procurement teams.

Analyze and approve pricing adjustments.

Coordinate and manage lump sum payment processes.

Implement governance and reporting templates across finance and procurement teams.


Technician, PTS EE Center

About the Job

Responsible for assembling, disassembling, and modifying electrical and electronic components in prototype vehicles.

Key Functional Responsibilities

Support commissioning of electrical systems in prototype vehicles.

Assemble and disassemble components such as harnesses and ECUs.

Perform repairs and modifications as directed by engineers.

Conduct functional checks according to procedures.

Assist in vehicle movement and test drives.

Manage storage and tracking of components.

Prepare components for builds and rework tasks.

Travel as needed to support testing facilities.
