BIM/GIS Manager
BIM Management- Secondary Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
- Supervise and manage the development of project BIM models for all disciplines (including all sub-Consultants, and all Vendors) to LOD 300, with data organization such that it can be further developed to LOD 400/500 at later project stages.
- Supervise and manage the seamless information handover from Lead Design Consultants (LDC) to contractors, including review of the end of design stage gate deliverables to ensure that all contractual deliverables are met by the LDC. This stage gate review will include coordination and clash detection to ensure that the LOD 300 models are clash free and constructible.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and workflows.
GIS Coordinator
Education And Experience Requirements
- Requires B.A. or B.S. in Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years (or) 8+ years of experience as a GIS Specialist, GIS Analyst, or a related field with demonstrated capabilities in GIS.
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Must have Experience using the Esri suite of products including ArcGIS Server Advanced or ArcGIS Enterprise, and Esri Apps including (Survey 123, Collector, Field Worker) required.
- Experience of Esri ArcGIS desktop software, including ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro
- Experience integrating with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D preferred.
- Must have experience in developing web-based GIS applications.
- Experience working with variety of vector and raster datasets from public and private sources
- Knowledge in the use of various software applications including ArcTools and Model Builder.
QA/QC Inspector
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and ISO standards.
- Ability to evaluate and review quality plans and procedures.
- Expertise in professional reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of how to identify key performance quality matrices, proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action systems.
- Ability in providing direction and on the job training to assigned personnel.
- Proficiency in oral and written communications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Power BI (High Level Performance).
- Ability to work collaboratively under the direction of the Quality Manager and coordinate quality activities effectively.
- Experience in conducting training, preparing training documents and reports especially in soft skills, quality audits/ surveillances.
Permits, Licensing and Approvals Manager
Education And Experience Requirements
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Strong background in permits, land allocation, logistics governance, or interface management.

Major Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Manager in implementing and communicating the project quality program/plan requirements to the project team.
- Lead and support the implementation of People-Based Quality (PBQ), Lessons Learned, Closed Loop Corrective Actions, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and Best Practices, including the collection, evaluation, and documentation of lessons learned in the appropriate registers.
- Prepare quality audit checklists and coordinate, lead, or support internal and external audits and surveillances of project quality programs, including vendor, contractor, and subcontractor assessments.
- Maintain liaison with client quality representatives and support the Quality Manager during client or regulatory audits.
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of the Project Quality Audit & Surveillance Schedule, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
