Fire & Safety Officer

The Role / Opportunity

The Fire & Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing the safety of all divisional personnel, contractors and visitors at all Hail site locations and accommodation and to report any unsafe or defective equipment, practice, act or omission to functional management ensuring that immediate corrective action is taken to eliminate/minimize the risk of loss.

The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

Diploma in a relevant field.

3 years’ experience in a multi-cultural workforce handling fire detection and suppression equipment.

A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in fire management is essential.

Previous experiences as a trained firefighter with either a civil Fire Brigade or a large multi-national company fire team.


Regional Training Officer

Area of responsibilities:

Conduct on-the-job training with new recruits by accompanying them for the whole working day.

Assess employees on the job by using the standard assessment forms.

Create a written assessment feedback report with the support of quantitative and factual data collected during the observation.

Identify the training need of employees on the job by accompanying them on the job on a specific skill.

Conduct on-the-job and classroom training for employees to bridge the performance gaps identified through on-the-job observations.

Requirements:

Must be holding bachelor's degree.

TOT, CIPD, SHRM is preferable.

3 years training or supervisory experience.

Category management experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.

Must have competencies such as: Training need analysis, ability to develop training package, training delivery/ communication skills, on job training, coaching skills, analytical skills, giving constructive feedback, good team player.


Laboratory Supervisor

Requirement:

The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Microbiology or related field.

2–3 years of experience in an Analytical Chemistry Laboratory.

A sound knowledge in the determination of ADF, NDF, CP, EE, DM, pH etc.

Experience in quality management systems.

A sound knowledge in standardization of chemical reagents.

About the Role:

Under the direction of Personnel Manager, perform a wide variety of responsible personnel and administrative tasks in the processing and maintenance of personnel related documents in support of Poultry Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures.
