Document Controller

Corporate Communications Manager - Saudi National

External Communications - Public/Media/Customer Relations

• Manage and support the execution of external communications in accordance with the strategic communications plan, including authority & public relations, social & media relations, executive thought leadership, customer and business partnership, supply chain relations, crisis communications and global responsibility.
• Ensure alignment with AEW's strategic direction across all external communications channels to ensure consistent messaging and positive brand positioning.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance efforts to generate favorable opinion about the market and positioning in the region, garnering local and regional media attention to drive thought leadership, positive brand image, and business development opportunities.

O&M Manager (Saudi National)

Qualifications & Skill Sets

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent, with thorough understanding of all aspects of solar PV systems and associated SCADA controls.
• 8+ years managing operations of large-scale PV plants or similar renewable energy facilities, preferably in KSA and/or GCC.
• Experience with AC & DC Electricity, PV Systems, Trackers, Inverters, and AC Collection Systems.
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; English fluency required, Arabic a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Financial Manager - O&M Company

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred; MBA a plus.
• 5–7 years in finance roles, ideally in O&M companies, water sector, or industrial services in remote areas.
• KSA or GCC experience highly desirable (local regulations and work culture).
• Proven experience managing finance in a single-customer context.
• Experience with ERP systems, cost control tools, and budgeting software.
• Strong cost control and budgeting skills; ability to operate independently in remote environments.
• High integrity, reliability, resilience under pressure, and good communication in English and Arabic.

Project Director

Qualifications & Skill Sets

• University Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; additional qualifications in Project/Construction Management preferred.
• 15+ years of project and site experience in utility-scale Water Treatment Plant projects.
• Extensive knowledge of utilities and construction of Water Treatment Plants.
• Experience in large infrastructure project development.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes, contracts, and international standards.
• Contract/claim management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills; ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Strong ethical standards.
