JOBE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all the processes & activities in the Production area in the bakery to achieve the sales target & increase the required profit
- Manage all the production departments in the central bakeries and coordinate daily operations
- Ensure that production is not only completed on time but also meets our high standard
- Closely monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop annual plans for production and continuously works on smart solutions for cost savings and process optimization.
- Choosing the products to be baked either in the central bakery or in the stores, according to demand
- Actively contribute to initiatives that make our production more efficient and effective
- Managing the assortment process to add new products to the central bakery products
- Supervise the recipe selection & mixture to give final approval for the recipes.
- Responsible for the bakery department 's products pricing strategies, and promotions, either seasonal promotion or based on price survey.
- Collaborates with suppliers, analyze market trends and develop sales forecasts.
- Managing inventory levels, optimizing profitability and ensuring product quality and freshness. Coordinates with marketing teams to drive product visibility and engages with customers to understand their preferences.
- Perform weekly forecast ensures the achievement of this forecast by following up on the sales daily.
- Follow up on the training process for the bakers, either in the central bakery or in the stores.
