Overview:
The Team Manager is responsible for the full operational, administrative, and logistical management of the assigned sports team.
This role serves as the backbone of the team’s daily functioning, ensuring that training, travel, competitions, player welfare, and documentation are executed professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with federation and club regulations.
Payroll Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares, analyzes, and processes payroll transactions in a timely manner.
Prepares and/or analyzes periodic payroll reports, schedules, reconciliations, and payroll-related journal entries using established finance policies and procedures.
Reviews accuracy of payroll journal entries and performs account reconciliation and analysis ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Evaluates and implements payroll policies, controls, and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
Lead Buyer
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate RFQ activities executed by Buyers and Senior Buyers.
Review and validate commercial evaluations prior to approval submission.
Lead negotiations for high-value, strategic, or critical procurement cases.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and budget controls.
Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and sourcing optimization strategies.
Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of RFQ processes.
Treasury Analyst
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience:
1–3 years of treasury or finance experience.
Skills & Attributes:
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Strong Excel skills.
Good understanding of banking operations.
High attention to detail.
Knowledge of cash management and banking systems.
Advanced proficiency in banking and ERP systems and excellent presentation skills.
Assistant Treasurer
Requirements:
Education & Professional Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CTP) are a plus.
Experience:
3–5 years in cash management.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in Arabic and English.
Proven track record of managing relationships with Saudi and regional banks.
Knowledge of cash management and banking systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make independent decisions.
Team player and leadership abilities.
