About the job
Job Purpose
To provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination services to the Flight Operations & Flight Training team to ensure pilot readiness and compliance. This includes managing workflow, internal communication, and tracking licenses, training, and medical requirements in line with airline policies and GACA regulations.
Key Result Responsibilities:
- Coordinate issuance, update, and renewal of pilot licenses and certificates
- Follow up with pilots to ensure compliance with license and pass renewals
- Coordinate medical check-ups with the Company Flight Surgeon
- Track medical expiries and plan renewals proactively
- Update system records with license, medical, and document data for audit purposes
