Legal Counsel

About the job

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Legal Counsel for the Middle East. You’ll support the provision of practical, business-focused legal advice across the region, helping enable safe, timely, and commercially sound delivery of power and energy projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end commercial contracting including drafting and negotiating MSAs, supply agreements, O&M contracts, PPAs/ESAs, frameworks, and subcontracting arrangements.
  • Assist with structuring hybrid and microgrid projects (solar + BESS + thermal) and coordinate with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams.
  • Provide guidance on public procurement, tenders, and regulatory matters across Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
  • Support compliance activities (ABC, AML, sanctions, export controls, competition).
  • Assist with early-stage dispute handling including fact gathering, risk assessment, and coordination with external counsel.

Inside Sales Representative

You Are

  • Experienced in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles (2+ years).
  • Comfortable with phone-based or remote communication environments.
  • Familiar with CRM systems or structured record-keeping approaches.
  • Experienced in meeting targets or performance standards.
  • Willing to learn outbound cold calling techniques and proactive prospecting.

Key Account Manager – Oil & Gas

What You’ll Do

  • Create commercially viable propositions using a consultative approach around energy transition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Manage account relationships and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and influence decision-making processes.
  • Understand client needs and develop opportunities within accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies for account growth.
  • Enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong sector experience and established relationships.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical/commercial sales role.
  • High motivation, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Saudi National preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
