Document Control

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in any discipline plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant document control experience, or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education

Working knowledge of Document Control software and EDMS methodologies

Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Professional technical writing skills with ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats

Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels, clients, and external vendors

Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

Ability to anticipate project needs and take initiative in resolving challenges


Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers.

Verify billing data based on contracts, purchase orders, or service reports.

Record invoices in the accounting system.

Prepare billing and aging reports.

Monitor accounts receivables and follow up on overdue payments.

Assist on month-end or year-end closing activities.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

BSc in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred)

1-year or less in billing and accounts receivables.

Knowledge in accounting principles

Proficiency in MS excel and Oracle.

Good communications skills, verbal and written.


Inspector - Civil

Job Description

Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Works under general supervision.

May assist with training entry-level employees.

Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.

Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.

Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.

Tracks quality assurance progress.

Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers.


Senior Architect

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

Active architectural license or equivalent professional credential recognized in Saudi Arabia

Minimum 10+ years of professional architectural experience, with substantial focus on large-scale urban master plan projects and high-rise building design and delivery

Proven portfolio demonstrating successful design work on complex urban master planning initiatives and high-rise developments

Demonstrated expertise in developing building codes knowledge, mission-critical infrastructure standards, and regulatory compliance

Proficiency with BIM software (Revit), AutoCAD, and related design and modeling tools
