- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Validate attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions before payroll finalization.

Brief Job Description:
- Monitor and maintains normal operating parameters of the plant as per the established standards and adjust parameters in order to optimize production Minimize hydrocarbon losses to flare.
- Record daily consumption, production, and inventories of product and raw material streams.
- Report any unsafe, unusual and abnormal conditions in the plant to Shift Supervisor for action.
- Take safe shutdown or start up under shift supervisor’s guidance and instruction. Closely coordinate with field operators in executing start-up, shutdown and maintenance activities.
- Control the plant in any upset, emergency and handle plant emergencies safely as per the procedure.
Off Site Logistics Specialist
Job Description
- Support and execute day-to-day outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to meet delivery requirements.
- Track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and on-time delivery to customers.
- Prepare, review, and manage logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, certificates, and related shipping documents.
- Monitor and control inventory movements between internal and external warehouses.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving logistics issues, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics and supply chain operations.
