• Recruitment Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify appropriate recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Interview Coordination:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview materials, including interview questions and candidate evaluation forms.
• Assist in conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
• Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
• Strong welling To Learn and understand recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•  Data Gathering and Cleaning
• Gather and clean data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, reports, or web pages.
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues or discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Statistical and Analytical Techniques
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations.
• Dashboard and Visualization Creation
• Create and maintain Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Dashboards and Visualizations to communicate data findings, KPIs, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service, to understand data needs and provide analytical support to improve logistics processes.
• Research and Implementation
• Research and implement best practices and new technology for logistics management to enhance operational efficiency.
• KPI Evaluation
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as inventory levels, budget adherence, Field Service Tickets, and Customer Orders to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• A Bachelors degree in data analyst, supply chain management, data science, business analytics or a related field.
• Proven Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the logistics or supply chain domain 
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets and databases

• Receive Purchase Requisitions from all company departments and branches and make sure that they are approved from HOD before processing them.
• Communicate with approved suppliers to get the best offers for services, consumables, and Fixed Assets as per the specifications provided by requestors.
• Prepare comparison for suppliers offers to be presented for HOD for approval.
• Review and Negotiate supplier’s quotes on basis of Quality, Prices, Payment, and Delivery terms.
• Creating NT. Purchase orders on SAP system after getting the approval for the best offer from HOD and check the Available Budget with Finance dept.
• Follow up internally to get PO fully released in the SAP system from all levels .
• Sending purchase orders to Local& Foreign suppliers and follow up with them to get the delivery or expected readiness date of goods and update it on the system.
• Follow up with Accounts dept. for supplier payments ( LCs. , advances & Due Payments )
• Negotiate the advance suppliers to deal on credit terms and provide them the required company documents to open Credit Account.
• Follow up with Treasury dept. to get remittance slips for Transfer payments and share it with suppliers upon request and follow up for LC. document to be sent for supplier on time .
• Checking both Airfreight and Sea freight rates with approved forwarders and arrange booking of (Ex-works & FOB shipments) after getting HOD approval on shipping cost .
• Follow up with foreign suppliers to confirm the Shipping documents drafts and to send all original documents by courier before shipment Arrival date to avoid any clearance delay.
• Coordinate with Clearance Dept. for Shipments delivery to correct WH. location.
• Actively follow up the process of closing received orders on SAP after getting delivery confirmation by requestors for Services or goods according to delivery notes and invoices.
• Ensure that all received orders invoices are sent to accounts Payable for payments process.
• Searching continuously for New Local and Foreign resources for company goods and services.

• Good Negotiation Skills to get best offers, qualities and terms .
• Time Management to achieve the tasks assigned before deadlines.
• Building good relationships with suppliers to get the best offers and best delivery time .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
• Good User of SAP System preferable
• Good experience of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait and KSA customs clearance requirements.
• Freight Management experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field required .

•  Concept Development & Design
• Develop innovative design concepts tailored to residential living requirements.
• Prepare interior layouts and space planning solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
• Ensure designs align with project objectives, client requirements, and company standards.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization
• Create accurate 3D models of interior spaces using 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Generate high-quality, photorealistic renderings to illustrate proposed designs.
• Prepare mood boards and visual presentations to communicate material, color, and design themes.
• Technical Drawings & Documentation
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
• Develop working drawings and specifications required for execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure technical accuracy.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Present design proposals, renderings, and mood boards to clients and management.
• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for material selection and sample approvals.
• Project Support & Team Collaboration
• Work closely with 3D visualizers and other design team members to ensure design integrity.
• Support project managers in preparing presentations and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

• Develop and own ABYAT’s end-to-end CRM strategy, including customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and engagement models.
• Design, launch, and continuously optimize loyalty programs (points, tiers, benefits, rewards).
• Drive personalized customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Strategic Partnerships
• Lead banking collaborations (credit/debit card offers, installment programs, cashback, exclusive campaigns).
• Negotiate and manage commercial partnership agreements with banks, fintechs, telecoms, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new revenue-generating and value-enhancing partnerships aligned with ABYAT’s customer base.
• Own partner performance, ROI tracking, and renewal strategies.
• Commercial Deals & Programs 
• Structure and close CRM-led commercial deals that increase customer acquisition and spend.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on pricing models, cost-sharing, and commercial terms.
• Ensure partnerships are scalable, compliant, and brand-aligned.
• Customer Insights & Analytics
• Leverage customer data to drive insights, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
• Define KPIs such as: Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Retention & repeat rate, Loyalty penetration, Campaign ROI
• Translate analytics into actionable CRM initiatives.
• Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Align CRM initiatives with brand, promotions, and omnichannel strategy.
• Act as the internal CRM authority and advisor to senior leadership.

• 4–6+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, partnerships, or commercial programs
• Strong exposure to banking collaborations, loyalty ecosystems, or large consumer programs
• Proven experience closing and managing high-impact strategic partnerships
• Experience in retail, lifestyle, telecom, banking, or large consumer-facing organizations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• MBA or advanced certifications in CRM / Digital / Data Analytics is a plus
