1. Technical Sales Support Specialist

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Quality Control & Process Compliance: 
  • Conduct routine quality checks on partners manufacturing and assembly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design guidelines.
  • Review FAT process to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and escalate findings when needed. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering partner activity and QC findings. Analyze quality trends and provide recommendations for process improvements. Support audit preparation by ensuring documentation integrity and traceability
  • Coordination & Continuous Improvement: 
  • Offers product/solution/service-related training Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows affecting the channel ecosystem. Participate in the development and refinement of QC checklists, SOPs, and internal guidelines. Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or partner challenges.
  • Safety, Governance & Risk Mitigation:
  • Ensure that all partner documentation and internal processes adhere to company safety, compliance, and governance standards. Report any observed compliance risks, safety concerns, or irregularities in documentation or partner behavior. Support the implementation of safe operational practices, including escalation protocols for fraudulent activity, incorrect orders, or policy violations.

2. Cyber Security Project Lead

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the customers to understand the software and its benefits and providing subsequent ongoing support and services.
  • Exhibits an understanding of how to best configure and implement software.
  • Confirms all resources are in place to implement software on-time and on budget. Provides ongoing support and services.
  • Supporting customers right from the sales cycle through the go-live, post-implementation review, and subsequent follow-up stages.

3. Channel Sales Support Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Sales support: 
  • Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB products/systems/ applications.
  • Manage partner inquiries and resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, Marketing)
  • Support onboarding activities for new partners, including documentation review and system access setup.
  • Assist in the preparation of partner enablement materials, product updates, and sales collateral
  • Diagnostic studies: lead the teams to Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.
  • Standard & Governance: Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization. People Leadership & Development: Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Coaches motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

4. Building Segment Sales Lead - Projects

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Achieve Sales Targets & Year‑on‑Year Growth - Achieve the assigned annual sales targets for the Building Segment and ensure consistent year‑on‑year growth aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and Execute Segment Strategy - Lead the development and execution of the Building Segment sales strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and the company’s long‑term business objectives.
  • Lead & Develop the Building Segment Sales Team - Lead the Building Segment sales team across the country to enhance their performance, ensure execution of sales plans, and meet individual and team targets
  • Team Performance Management - Set team objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and support the professional development of the sales team
  • Strengthen Local Channel Partners - Lead initiatives to develop local Panel Builders across the Kingdom by leveraging all available tools and programs to enhance their competitiveness, technical capabilities, and competencies
  • Maintain & Expand Customer Base & Strengthen Key Relationships - Maintain, develop, and expand the ABB customer database while reinforcing strong business relationships with EPCs, consultants, and strategic end users to support long‑term growth and opportunity creation.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting - Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management through Sales Force. Review pipeline health and take corrective actions to meet revenue and growth targets

5. Senior Sales Specialist - Medium Voltage Motors and Generators

Qualifications For The Role

  • You are highly skilled in Medium voltage Electric Motors and generators products, you enjoy working with sizing and technicalities of MV Motors and Generators, and the main industries in Saudi market (Oil and Gas, Water, Cement, Mining and Minerals...etc.).
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience and advanced skills / You have 8 years of experience in sales and marketing in Saudi market, and and minimum 3 years in sales of MV Motors and Generators.
  • You are passionate about establishing healthy relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in Electric Power and Machines.
  • You are at ease communicating in Arabic and English.
